Leadership Training Program
Leadership Academy
Birmingham Public Schools has embarked on an exhilarating collaboration with the Michigan State School of Education. This esteemed leadership academy consists of two components: the cultivation of recently appointed administrators and the cultivation of aspiring administrators. The main objective of this academy is to augment leadership capabilities in a multitude of areas.
The ultimate goal of this program is to foster the growth and development of the administrative team while simultaneously establishing a potential pool of future administrators within the district. BPS is devoted to providing all its employees with access to progressive educational opportunities.
The single biggest way to impact an organization is to focus on leadership development. There is almost no limit to the potential of an organization that recruits good people, raises them up as leaders and continually develops them.
