Final Transcript

Please log into your Parchment.com account now to order your Final Transcript. You will order the transcript to be sent electronically to the school you will be attending in the Fall and/or to your own email for your records -  Choose “Hold For Grades”. Seaholm will process your Parchment request for a Final Transcript on June 17th - once all grades are stored and finalized.

 Now is a good time to change your login email to a NON-school email so that you can access this Parchment account after high school graduation - you may need to order a transcript within the next few years for a job, grad school, or proof of residency.

Transcripts now available in Parchment

Transcripts with first trimester grades for the school year 2023-24 are now available in Parchment.com for ordering. Your student received a Parchment invitation to create an account to their Gmail (bps-schools) account along with detailed instructions on how to create the account (if they do not already have one).

In order to view an updated transcript an order must be submitted, "quick view" does not display the most recent transcript, however, when you click the "Update" button at the bottom of the "quick view pop-up" an order will be submitted to send the transcript to your student's email. When you use the blue "Order" button from the Dashboard, you will go to the Order page, where you may request a transcript be sent to a school or another person's email, such as a parent.

Pro-tip - all students should add a "non-BPS" email address to their Parchment account, as students will continue to use this account post-graduation for further schooling and/or employment and after graduation students will lose access to their BPS emails.

If students have any questions or concerns when creating their Parchment accounts, they may visit the Student Center for assistance. Parchment is the secure method of delivering a transcript and should be used for all transcript needs to protect your student's identity and information.
