Fines: All books must be returned and all fines must be paid before seniors will receive their cap and gown on May 29, 2026. Laptops must also be returned. Fines can be paid to Ms. Noren now through May 29, 2026. Laptops can be returned to Mr. Wilt in the Media Center once you have completed your final exams.

Google Account Deactivation: Your BPS Google accounts will be deactivated when you graduate.

Educational Development Plan/Xello: Seniors must complete his/her EDP/Xello in order receive their diploma. Additional information will be shared this week from the College and Career Center about how to complete the EDP/Xello process.

Behavior Expectations: While we are all supportive of the excitement of the senior class regarding graduation, we need to be very clear in our expectations of everyone’s behavior during these final weeks of school. Seniors, you have been told during your time at Seaholm to Think with Reflection, Act with Compassion, and Perform with Honor. This motto is extremely important to uphold in the coming days. Preparing to graduate is no excuse for any senior to misbehave. Pranks, vandalism, and other misbehavior will not be tolerated. Students are not to trespass on the Seaholm campus (school building, athletic fields, etc.) after hours without permission. Students who vandalize school property, interrupt the school day/student learning in any way, or trespass on school grounds will be disciplined and will risk being excluded from senior activities such as clap out or commencement. In addition to school consequences, violators may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for serious misconduct. Additionally, please know that our custodians work hard to maintain a clean school environment. We value our custodians and the Seaholm facilities and we hope that you, as seniors, will treat the school, staff, underclassmen, and each other with the utmost respect over the next few weeks.

We know that each of you has been working towards the goal of graduating and participating in all of the fun senior activities that are meant to celebrate your accomplishments. We look forward to seeing you at all of the senior activities! GO MAPLES!

Transcripts now available in Parchment

Transcripts are available in Parchment.com for ordering. Your student received a Parchment invitation to create an account to their Gmail (bps-schools) account along with detailed instructions on how to create the account (if they do not already have one).

In order to view an updated transcript an order must be submitted, "quick view" does not display the most recent transcript, however, when you click the "Update" button at the bottom of the "quick view pop-up" an order will be submitted to send the transcript to your student's email. When you use the blue "Order" button from the Dashboard, you will go to the Order page, where you may request a transcript be sent to a school or another person's email, such as a parent.

Pro-tip - all students should add a "non-BPS" email address to their Parchment account, as students will continue to use this account post-graduation for further schooling and/or employment and after graduation students will lose access to their BPS emails.

If students have any questions or concerns when creating their Parchment accounts, they may visit the Student Center for assistance. Parchment is the secure method of delivering a transcript and should be used for all transcript needs to protect your student's identity and information.
